An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our expanding and successful Estate Agency team in Kettering. This opportunity would suit a highly motivated individual seeking a career changing opportunity. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel. Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
Basic salary of £ £18,000 (depending on experience)
OTE of around £26,000 to £30,000.
Job Description Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
- Register and manage applicants
- Conduct occasional market appraisals
- Arrange and attend viewings around homes
- Provide regular feedback and contact to our clients
- Canvass for new business opportunities
- Have a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations and be able to speak knowledgably to clients and applicants
- Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone Liaise with solicitors
- Close deals

Person specification Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum
- Full driving licence
- Experience Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint Previous administration experience
- Previous experience of working to deadlines
