This organisation is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team on a permanent basis based in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy warehouse environment, have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
This is a physical and active role which will sometimes include lifting heavy items. Safety boots/shoes are a requirement.
Warehouse Operative duties:
- Checking goods for missing or damaged items
- Unloading goods by hand, trolleys or forklift
- Carrying out stock control
- Picking, weighing or packing goods for dispatch
- Taking delivery of goods and signing delivery notes
- Keeping all work stations clean and tidy
