Project Manager - CRM/ERP
Outside IR35 - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully deploying ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end implementations, with the ability to oversee complex digital projects, including e-commerce platforms and websites.
Role requirements:
- Lead the deployment of ERP/CRM systems, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are captured and met.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and any changes in scope.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives.
- Utilize standard project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) to track and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure that customer relationship management and digital marketing goals are integrated into the project strategy.
