Recruit UK is delighted to represent a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser and Manager to join a well-established financial advice firm with offices in Buckinghamshire.

The Role: Senior Financial Adviser / Manager

In this dual role, you will lead and manage a team of Senior Financial Planners, Financial Advisers, and support staff (circa 24 employees), taking overall responsibility for running the Buckinghamshire office. Alongside your management duties, you will continue to provide independent financial advice to an existing client bank and engage with new high-net-worth (HNW) client enquiries. You'll be expected to manage and grow your own client portfolio, with full paraplanning and administrative support provided.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) or equivalent, ideally working towards Chartered status
  • Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, with a desire to step into a management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to balance management responsibilities with providing high-quality client advice
