Hyde is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a Salesforce Developer at Hyde, you will play a crucial role in developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining features on the Hyde Salesforce and Contact Centre platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced developers to enhance their skills and grow within our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user stories into functional software within the Salesforce environment following best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Actively participate in meetings with representatives from the business and other IT colleagues.
- Collaborate with development scrum teams and other IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process including monitoring, deployment, and support.
- Provide training and support to equip individuals with appropriate business knowledge and skills.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (essential).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Ability to translate user stories into actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
