Cyber Security Consultant
A consultancy partner is looking for several Cyber Security Consultants for a variety of their leading engagements at Senior and Principal levels. With a catalogue of projects across Central Government, Defence, Intelligence/Security and Emergency Services - if you like to see your work have an impact, this is the place for you. Developing Strategies and Business Cases you will be adept to forecasting delivery and providing solutions for key clients, on programmes impacting society. This role is within a business unit of a boutique Management Consultancy that has an unrivalled client list and programme involvement within the public sector across a variety of Cyber programmes.
Experience
- 4+ years' experience in complex IT environments and consulting capability
- Framework experience and certifications such as HMG SPF and ISO27001
- Demonstrable background on Public Sector programmes, strong stakeholder management skills and communication
- Enterprise level security methodology knowledge - nice to have: PCiIAA, SABSA & TOGAF
- Experience following the green book five case model would be a plus and certifications such as: CCP, CISMP, CISSP, CREST.
- Identity management and federation, public key infrastructure, SIEM, cryptography, firewalls, vulnerability scanning
A varied background, diverse programme exposure and a security based master's degree or alternatively STEM degree would be preferrable - however, an ability to demonstrate your capability as a Cyber Security specialist and to adapt to requirements is most important. This Cyber Security Consultant must be eligible and willing to gain UK Security Clearance to apply for this position.
