Description
- Processing and managing accurate and timely payroll transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and company payroll requirements
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll reconciliations
- Addressing payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end reports and statements
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll records
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required
