THE COMPANY:
An insurance company with offices based in Manchester are looking for an immediately available Receptionist to join them for a 12-month FTC.
THE ROLE:
The Receptionist's duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Dealing with incoming calls, taking accurate messages where required
- Provide support to the Facilities team
- Organise incoming post
- Ensure office supplies are maintained
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a professional services environment
- Must be immediately available to start
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload effectively
- Able to work collaboratively with others
