Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a world class Real Estate firm based in Central London, who are looking to hire a immediate, Management Accountant for a 12 month interim role.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Interim Management Accountant for a 12 month contract role. Your responsibilities would range from:
- Ownership of management accounts including monthly close, review and account analysis alongside finance colleagues
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, tracking transactions and resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Partner with senior managers on key commercial areas
- Support management team in building and submitting annual business plans/budgets, quarterly forecasts - Prepare, analyse and interpret key financial and non-financial data and identify key performance issues to be addressed
- Analyse centre profitability and reporting
- Work closely with colleagues across the finance team to continuously improve the quality of the finance service provided
- Support Senior Finance Manager in audit process
- Provide guidance and support to the senior management team as requested
- Play a key role in the implementation of new systems and controlled business processes
- Deputise for the Senior Finance Manager as required
- Other duties as required
Profile:
The successful interim Management Accountant will be a Qualified Accountant either ACA, ACCA or CIMA who has experience producing the management accounts as well as a strong analytical and reporting skill set.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Working within the Real Estate space, our client offers a 12 month day rate role, and hybrid working for a Qualified Management Accountant in Central London.
Salary & Benefits:
This Interim Management Accountant role will be paying up to £300-400 per day. This is dependant on experience.
