This City firm which acts for clients including national PLCs, SMEs and Start-Ups is seeking a Company Commercial Partner to join the team and play a key role in its continued success.
In this role you will be working closely with the partners and the rest of the team acting for the firms established client base which includes PLCs, SMEs and Start-Ups.
The firm has a collegiate culture, hybrid working and an excellent relationship with its clients.
You will be dealing with:
Corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Management buy-outs/buy-ins
- Asset sales and purchases
- Venture capital investments
- Company restructuring
- Share incentive and share option schemes
Commercial contract work, including:
- Licensing
- Franchising
- Distribution Agreement
- Supply Agreements
- Company Terms and Conditions
Ideally you will be 10+ years PQE and experienced in all aspects of company commercial law. You may be a partner currently, or perhaps you are a senior associate looking for an opportunity to step up into your first partner level role.
