Job Opportunity: Electrician

Overview My client, a leading company in installations and support operations, is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team. The role involves the onsite technical installation and maintenance of ANPR technology across the nation. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required, with all hotel accommodations and expenses covered.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

The below qualifications require proof upon application and screening process.

  • Valid driving licence, eligible to drive a company van.
  • Commercial/Industrial experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Electrotechnical Technology.
  • ECS Gold Card.
  • City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).

Key Details

  • Work Hours: 45 hours per week, with potential for additional and unsociable hours. Overtime is payable.
  • Travel: National coverage with hotel accommodations provided when working away from home 4 nights a week.
  • Salary: £42,500

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute installations and maintenance as per customer specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct fault finding and system repairs.
  • Adhere to Electricity at Work Regulations and IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and on-site trades to gather necessary task information.
  • Maintain high standards of Quality and Health & Safety.
