Are you an experienced Senior Admin Manager? We are partnering with a dynamic homecare and healthcare company seeking an Admin Manager to join their team.
Job Title: Admin Team Leader
Location: Hull
Pay: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum
Job Profile: You will lead and manage a small but growing team. This hands-on role involves ensuring the company's candidate database is audited and compliant. You will maintain communication and relationships with all relevant parties to ensure information is accurate, up to date, correct, and processed without error. You will also ensure that all candidates and employees remain compliant.
As an Admin Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of managing a team. This role is predominantly hands-on, involving daily administrative duties to maintain a fully compliant database of candidates and workforce. You will be proficient in MS Office packages and eager to learn new systems. Additionally, you will conduct research to produce regular reports and statistics for the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the administrative team.
- Handle all administration related to DBS, medical, qualification, and mandatory training compliance for new and existing Healthcare and Homecare candidates, as well as the company's permanent workforce.
- Motivate the team to work efficiently and proactively.
- Provide ongoing coaching to encourage professional and personal development.
- Ensure the team follows correct processes and meets their KPIs.
- Manage the team's workload and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Exhibit excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attend team meetings and provide feedback and reports on compliance status.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely compliance information.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the NL Group Team.
- Provide data, information, and reports to relevant teams and Directors.
- Ensure all compliance information is stored accurately, legally, and securely
The candidate must have:
- Great communication skills
- Previous management experience
- Organisation skills
- Experience with excel
- Previous experience in Medical, Homecare, or Healthcare Compliance is preferred but not essential.
