Join our corporate People & HR team as an Implementation Lead, where you will be a pivotal part of a reward transformation project team. This role involves leading the adoption of a new job evaluation, pay, and grading framework, ensuring successful implementation and communication across the corporation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Project manage the introduction of improvements, implementing, and communicating changes across the corporation effectively.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage the implementation of new approaches to pay and reward that support the People Strategy.
  • Work in partnership with members of the reward team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the pay and reward arena, particularly in undertaking job evaluation within a public sector organisation
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance on pay frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and implement complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate change across various levels of the organisation.
