Lettings Negotiator
Ealing, W5
£24,000 Basic + comms and car allowance - £45K OTE
Our client is a very well respected, independent estate agent and they are recruiting for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join their dynamic and hardworking team in Ealing .
The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record as Lettings Negotiator. This role requires an excellent Negotiator and Closer.
Candidates must be able to evidence a proven track record in lettings coupled with a customer focused approach.
You will be valued and developed and enjoy the some of the best rewards in the property industry working to change the way customers perceive agents.
Duties of the role will include;
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
Registering applicants
Matching properties to applicants needs
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and closing deals
Listing Properties
Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
The successful candidate must possess:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence
