Our client is now seeking a Export Coordinator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the International market
The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing customers developing long term relationships, Your main responsibility will be handling and recording of orders and international shipments.
**Export Coordinator Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Order processing, sending of PO confirmation, communication, and proposal of alternative items.
- Organise and follow up of international shipments.
- Delivery lead time, support to fill data in customer files.
- Proactively manage international business linked queries from around the world.
- Interaction with warehouse - effective communication of order requirements.
- Coordinating with customers and logistics to provide coat-effective and timely dispatch of shipments.
- Ensure compliance of order with distributor agreements.
- Issue shipping documentation.
- Issue customer credits.
- ERP system maintenance.
- Quality complaints follow up.
- Archiving of customer service documentation for audits purpose.
- Support to sales team on various requests.
**Export Coordinator will possess the following experience.
- Sales Admin / Support background.
- Export knowlege
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP, Office 365/Excel.
- Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
- Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
- Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
