Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join a Legal500 recognised commercial law firm based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, who is seeking to specialise in intellectual property law within a prestigious environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to intellectual property cases, including filings and applications.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on intellectual property laws and case precedents.
- Supporting attorneys in the management of intellectual property litigation cases.
- Communicating with clients to keep them informed about the status of their intellectual property matters.
- Maintaining case files and documentation with a high level of organisation and accuracy.
- Assisting with the enforcement of intellectual property rights and managing infringement cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a keen interest in intellectual property law.
- Strong understanding of legal principles related to intellectual property.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
