We are seeking a Qualified Finance Director to lead our financial operations and strategy. This senior role is ideal for a visionary leader with extensive experience in financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, driving the financial strategy and planning, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance, proposing action plans and advising on long-term financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, and maintain the financial health of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and systems that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
  • Work closely with management to share reports and analysis findings, enhancing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, direct, and manage the finance team to achieve business goals.
  • Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
  • Monitor cash flows, predict future trends, and manage the capital investment and expenditure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar executive role.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
