The English & Maths Tutor roles are perfect for someone looking to step away from the classroom and make a difference to the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners!
The successful tutor must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lesson to bridge gaps in the pupils education and boost engagement and attainment levels.
The tuitions are for siblings and will take place in School (Year 3 & 4). They face challenges when it comes to Maths and English.
Opportunity Details:
1. HU12 - Year 3 Student - Tuition to take place at School - Student needs support with reading, writing and maths.
2. HU12 - Year 4 Student - Tuition to take place at School - Student needs support with grammar aspects of English and Maths (especially times table)
Both students are lovely and willing to engage in the opportunity as they love learning but just struggle with the concepts itself.
Tutors must:
- Possess UK classroom/mainstream teaching experience or hold a QTS or equivalent.
- Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
- Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide minimum of two professional references to cover the past 2 years of complete the history (2022 to 2024).
