Position: Change Manager

Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Change Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Lead by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures and values
  • Constantly strive for continuous improvement
  • Lead and inspire while delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Promote and equip user champions to improve the adoption of technology
  • Be an exceptional communicator being comfortable with all levels of stakeholders
  • Have the ability to manage-up where necessary for the success of the project
  • Create and utilise measurement systems to track the success of change through the business
  • You will deliver education – Roadshows, workshops, classroom and virtual training along with one to ones.
  • Experience and proven track record of deployment of IT change within a large business.
  • Key communicator to champion and manage change of use of system to key stakeholders and the wider business.
