An established independent building contractor, offering refurbishment, landscaping and project management services.
What will you do as PA
- Handling new customer enquiries, taking details of requirements for the Director
- Managing Director's diary and booking client appointments
- Managing the business fleet, booking MOT's, services and insurance
- Liaise with Project Managers, ordering materials & arranging deliveries from suppliers
- Update social media with project photos
- Arrange building inspections with consultants
- Update expenses and reconcile project costs
- Arranging travel
What you will need
- Ideally have construction or property experience
- PA or Senior administration experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Take ownership of task and highly organised
