Robert Half is thrilled to partner with a leading, £4bn turnover organisations who is embarking on an a global transformation project, with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at its core. They are searching for an exceptional Reporting Manager to spearhead the Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, driving innovation and shaping the future of financial reporting.
The Role:
As the Reporting Manager, you will initially take on a project-focused role, playing a key part in designing and building a world-class management reporting suite using SAP. You will work closely with the R2R and GPO to set a compelling vision and engage with stakeholders across the organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, creating a best-in-class reporting centre.
As the project evolves, so will your role. You'll have the chance to grow into a GPO position, owning and driving the Global Management Reporting Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with the Board, FP&A, finance management, and local commercial teams to understand and deliver on financial reporting needs.
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance financial reporting and analytical requirements across the organisation.
- Lead the development of SAP reporting tools that will streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Standardise and automate reporting processes across the Group, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance financial reports and systems, ensuring they evolve with the business needs.

- A proven track record in financial reporting and analytics, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong experience with SAP
- Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
