We have an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an established Legal 500 tiered firm in Birmingham. The highly regarded firm are looking to add a lawyer to the busy and experienced team to run their own caseload and assist junior solicitors in more complex and high value matters.
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced, highly motivated individual to deal with a caseload of complex, varied, high-value matters whilst continuing to develop under senior professionals and an experienced leadership team.
Candidates will have a breadth of experience dealing with corporate matters including, but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Private Equity, fundraising and investments
- MBOs & MBIs
- Banking and Finance
- Employee ownership trusts
- Company formation and corporate governance
- Succession planning
The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and comfortable dealing with complex matters.
6-9 years PQE
Hybrid Working available
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience
