I am working with a long standing client who is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance or Business Graduate to join their team as a Trainee Investment Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression, with comprehensive training and development provided. You will be expected to study for the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, fully funded by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support including printing, scanning, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls to assist clients with queries and requests
- Contact third-party product providers for information and follow up on requests
- Conduct research to support the team
- Prepare documentation for client meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to clients using templates and best practices
Foundation Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to deliver results
- Smart, personable, and professional attitude
- Outgoing and resilient personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Requirements:
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week)
- Drivers licence and access to a car
