Senior Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a well established accountancy firm to provide high-level administration support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Partners' calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, record minutes (if applicable) and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Anticipate Partners' needs and proactively provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, typically via email, and drafting responses on behalf of Partners', where appropriate.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between Partners' and their respective service lines within the business.
  • Assist in organising corporate events, conferences, webinar and team-building activities, if applicable, in collaboration with our marketing and events team

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ideally from a professional services background
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication - both written and oral, with an ability to deal with a variety of people in different environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
  • Have a passion for what you do.
