About the Role:
As a Legal Assistant in the childcare team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Care department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding clients and managing client communications
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Attending court on behalf of solicitors for note-taking
- Managing calendars, records, and court timetables
About you:
The firm is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a childcare team along with;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Experience using case management systems such as ALB
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
