My client are a renowned Financial Planning firm operating across the UK and are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding Advisor Support team.
The Role:
- In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service to a large client bank across the country, ensuring work is processed accurately and on time.
- You will be carrying out tasks in a pooled resource environment working with a diverse and growing client pipeline, balancing both existing relationships and new opportunities.
- With a mix of proactive and reactive responsibilities, we need someone with a strong administration focus who always puts the client first.

Desired Skills and Expertise:
- You will preferably have previous experience in supporting Wealth Advisers and a solid understanding of compliance requirements in the advisory process, however strong Administrators from other areas of Financial Services will also be considered.
The Successful Candidate Should Also Have:
- Ability to adhere to defined business processes and use our in-house CRM system.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
