Candidates with at least two years of consistent experience in financial administration will be taken into consideration, as will career-focused financial administrators with at least five or six years of experience. Being among the most experienced Financial Advisers in the firm, the Adviser has built a solid reputation with their clientele, who frequently suggest and refer them. This means that their support staff must grow.

One of two paths can be taken by this role: the first is to assume traditional Financial Administration responsibilities, such as helping Paraplanners with more difficult administrative chores and handling client onboarding. Alternatively, the second choice would be to assume control of the yearly client review procedure after you were operational and once you were up and running and familiar with the internal processes and procedures, you may elect to assume responsibility for the annual client review process.
