Remuneration: £700 - £800 per day

Contract Details: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Are you ready to take the lead in transforming HR practises and driving digital innovation? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Transformation Lead to join our client, a leading organisation in the utilities industry. As the HR Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimising HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practises with the organisation's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead and implement HR transformation activities, including the Target Operating Model, that are aligned with the organisation's objectives.
  • Programme Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to drive HR projects, gain buy-in and support from the team and the organisation.
  • Digital First Approach: Champion the adoption of digital HR solutions, services, and employee engagement platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance tracking across transformational efforts, including cost, achievements, and necessary adjustments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, within a transformation or project management role.
  • Proven experience in leading digital HR initiatives and managing large-scale HR projects within budget and timeline.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and other digital HR tools.

  • Digital HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital HR technologies and trends.
