Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join secondary schools across Northamptonshire. This long-term role commences in September and is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver lessons or activities prepared by the regular teacher or the school.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to students and staff on the progress and outcomes of the lessons.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
- Adapt to different school cultures and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum awareness.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude.
