The Company:
An experienced Mens Graphic Designer is needed to join a successful supplier of menswear to the high street. You will be responsible for creating garments, graphic and print ranges to meet customer requirements.
The Role:
- Designing and developing ranges for UK high street.
- Working with placement prints.
- Bringing new and innovative ideas to enhance the business.
- Proactive and professional attitude to customers.
- Attending customer meetings.
- Creating graphics and designs and developing prints according to customer briefs.
- Looking out for new trends and ideas to present to customer, mood boards and relevant market research boards.
- Preparing and submit fabrics, samples and print strike offs for customer approval.
- Communicating with factories on a daily basis in order to help develop products and prints/graphics required.
- Maintaining sample deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Must have Garment based graphic/print design experience in menswear.
- Multi-product garment background.
- Fully understand graphic/placement prints.
- Excellent CAD skills.
- Trend research experience.
- Fashion focused.
- Must be very on trend.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literate including Word/Excel and basic PowerPoint.
- An up to date portfolio showcasing on trend design skills.
