Day Shift
Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for experienced Administrative Assistant to work within a renowned global Pharmaceutical company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry accuracy and completion within the appropriate timelines and GMP requirements
  • To create and approve data linked to Clinical Labels
  • Ability to use relevant computer systems
  • To comply and follow appropriate SOPs to ensure accuracy for the GMP activities
  • Time management in delivering information and documentation accurately to the next node in the supply chain
  • Expected to work within other areas when required
  • Providing support within Packaging Operations teams in all aspects related to Clinical Trials

You will also require:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office
  • Be able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and good at organising your work load
  • Proficient in completing accurate documentation
