Role Overview:

The Assistant Site Manager will assist in managing various aspects of site administration. The role involves supporting the maintenance of health and safety documents, coordinating materials and supply chains, and ensuring the timely delivery of site equipment. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in site management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site administration, ensuring health and safety documents are on site and policies are up to date.
  • Maintain and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Coordinate materials and supply chains to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Oversee the delivery and drop-off of site equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Clean driving licence.
  • Some experience or interest in the construction industry.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant industry certifications or willingness to obtain them.
