Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell their digital consultancy services and building surveys offered by their sister company to clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery for new clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and strategic efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (consultancy, digital solutions, or surveying).
- Remote telesales experience is a huge benefit but not critical.
- A strong understanding of digital consultancy services and building surveys, including BIM, ISO 19650, and Revit, is preferred but not required. Full training provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
