Explore Group has been fortunate enough to partner with a tech for good business on an exclusive basis to hire for a Lead Python Engineer. As a company, they're doing some very exciting things when it comes to utilising emerging technology to help support individuals who struggle to hear or are deaf and sign language opts as their first method of communications.
The Role:
Due to growth, my client is now looking to add to their engineering division with an experienced Lead Python Engineer with a deep understanding in microservices. This will be a hands-on lead role where you will still be involved in coding daily while building out the software team.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience coding in Python.
- A deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Possess the ability to still remain hands on while building / managing a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced & start-up environment.
- Comfortable working on projects from scratch.
Desired:
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. Commercial or educational.
- Expertise in SciPy & Pandas a big plus.
