CRM Marketing Exec (TEMP/INTERIM) - Competitive Day Rate - Quick Start
If you are an experienced CRM Marketing professional with experience in a legal setting firm, then make sure to reach out regarding an exciting interim position with an international law firm, with a very quick start. The role supports CRM, including e-Marketing, and Digital Marketing, focusing on tracking and reporting how Marketing & Business Development activities institutionalise clients.
Whilst it is an interim role initially, there is possible scope for it to become a permanent opportunity.
Overview of the role
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing daily operations of the CRM database (InterAction) and e-Marketing platform (Vuture).
- Resolving CRM mailbox queries, ensuring best practices.
- Supporting the CRM Manager with training programmes.
- Creating best practice guides and training materials.
- Leading in resolving Data Change Management (DCM) tickets.
- Collaborating on data management, including archiving and categorisation.
- Preparing and maintaining segmented marketing lists.
- Developing target lists for key clients, tracking lead generation.
- Generating reports on data quality, marketing campaigns, and mailings.
- Scheduling and reviewing global e-Marketing campaigns.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a large professional services firm.
- Skilled in desktop applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Vuture).
- Strong process orientation, with high proficiency in data analysis and reporting, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
