We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Receptionists to provide a five-star welcome and exceptional service to clients and visitors in a prestigious Central London locations .

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Support meeting hosts with guest requirements and ensure all room bookings are processed accurately.
- Handle telephone calls with excellent etiquette and professionalism.
- Follow front desk security procedures; ensure all visitors wear passes.
- Liaise with facilities teams including Front of House, catering, security, and cleaning to meet all meeting room and event requirements.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with events and functions as needed.

About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous work in a five-star corporate or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to offer tailored, personalised service - remembering names, preferences, and requirements.
- A team player who builds strong working relationships across departments and with clients.
