Summary

  • Our client, a global Loss Adjusting company are seeking a technical expert to join its dynamic and growing Financial Lines and Financial Institutions claim team. The successful candidate will be handling various claim types including Errors & Omissions claims (with a particular focus on Construction & Engineering claims), D&O, Surety and Bankers Blanket Bonds. You will be using your knowledge and experience of the claims process and insurance cover to investigate claims, assesses losses, report to clients and negotiate settlements.

  • The role would suit a professional, experienced in claim management, loss adjusting or providing legal advice within a financial lines environment.

General Background

  • Insurance (preferably ACII or ACILA) / Extensive claims adjusting experience / Legal experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of Financial Lines and Financial Institution claims. Opportunity to manage claims in other areas within the division including Medical Negligence, Product Recall, Cyber and Liability
  • Maintain and build client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.

Functional Knowledge

  • 2 - 5+ experience in managing financial lines claims, preferably in a loss adjusting, legal or insurance environment.
  • Track record of handling a caseload and meeting Client SLAs/productivity/quality demands.

  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
