MERJE are working with an international Investment Manager who are looking for a Derivatives Lawyer to join their growing Legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on derivatives and cash transactions all product types
- Drafting and negotiating swap confirmations, trading agreements (ISDA/GMRAs) and amendment agreements
- Negotiate collateral documentation
- Negotiating prime brokerage and clearing documentation
- Negotiating and managing exchange and trading venue memberships
- Tracking regulatory disclosures
Key Requirements:
- Experience in derivatives and trading documentation negotiation
- Strong regulatory framework knowledge for derivatives transactions
- Financial services experience
- Qualified Lawyer
