- Create and produce food menu's - hot breakfasts, Soups, Sandwiches, Toasties and Panninis
- Propose new ideas and food suggestions that are suitable for customers and in house guests
- Manage a small team of Front of House and Back of House staff
- Responsible for recruiting and training a new team.
- Performance manage and develop the team.
- Responsible for ordering and stock inventory.
- Accountable for food wastage.
- Co-ordinate team member rota.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
- Track financial records to increase profitability and customer engagement.
- Advocate and promote positive engagement on social media platforms.
- Achieve and maintain 5 star Food Hygiene rating.
- Ability to think commercially with the aim to make a profit and grow revenue.
- Produce a consistent product that meets the business criteria.
- Accommodate to customer needs and dietary requirements.
- Support Coffee House Barista on occasion when customer demand requires
