Job Title: Experienced Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Cheshire East
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 plus company bonus & company benefits package
We are currently working alongside a boutique Financial Planning firm who have exciting growth plans and currently in search of a new member of the client services team due to an internal promotion from this role into Paraplanning.
Whilst working in a busy, friendly team you will be supporting one of the senior financial advisers and Director with their administration for clients, processing new business and dealing with different platforms and providers.
This company offer additional flexibility in the way of remote working once a week and will also provide the opportunity for late / early start and finish teams to accommodate staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing new business and new client monies.
- Creating valuation, illustrations and sending out LOA's.
- Prepare client review information for any new or existing client meetings.
- Liaising with platforms and providers, particular knowledge of Transact, Fidelity, AJ Bell and Royal London would be beneficial.
- Working directly with Financial Advisers to ensure a smooth client advice process.
Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience within a fast paced financial planning support role is essential, ideally within a whole of market environment.
- An excellent communicator, who is able to to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A team player, who others can rely on.
- Previous working experience with Intelligent Office (I.O)
