Customer Service Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, initially on a temporary contract however, with the option of becoming permanent.

This role specialises in insurance and is held within a call centre environment.

Day to day life as a Customer Service Advisor -

  • To answer all inbound calls, acting as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Action all policy requests and changes as instructed by the customer.
  • To issue all policy documents correctly via email or post.
  • Resolving any customer complaints / dissatisfaction in an efficient manner.

Requirements to work as a Customer Service Advisor–

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience within a call centre environment is ideal however, not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Additional information for the Customer Service Advisor role–

  • Free Parking.
  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • £11.45 per hour.
  • Potential to be kept on a permanent basis.
