We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with some experience working in a consultancy environment. You'll be involved with the measurement of building works, cost estimation, budgeting and financial management of commercial and residential projects, and dealing with other consultants and contractors.
What you'll need for this Quantity Surveyor role?
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying accredited with the RICS.
- Knowledge of UK Construction methods and building systems.
- Relevant cost estimation software such as Bluebeam or Excel and Estimate.
- Full UK driving licence.
You'll be joining a social team and supportive team. There are regular social and sporting events to enjoy, the occasional round of golf, and direct support and training through the RICS APC process.
A large proportion of the work here is repeat business, so you'll be building long-lasting client relationships that make the work more enjoyable and streamlined.
There's plenty of progression available, too! A current Partner joined as an Assistant less than 10 years ago and climbed the ranks taking more responsibility – a fine example of the opportunity available!
