What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch support for day-to-day IT issues.
- Implement first-time fixes and manage support requests.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Passionate about IT and technology with a strong customer service focus
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Networking.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and Windows 10.
- Ability to troubleshoot various IT setups.
- Understanding of Telecoms, Mobile, and VoIP connectivity.
