NEW OPPORTUNITY - CAD Technician - £45,000 DOE - London/ Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Piper Maddox is exclusively working with one of the top renewable energy developers in Europe, specialising in utility scale Solar, Wind and Energy Storage. With over 13GW of projects in the planning stage, my client is actively expanding.
As a CAD Technician, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team. You'll create, modify, and optimize layouts for large-scale solar PV and battery storage projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards, contributing to ground-breaking projects.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Experience in solar PV and battery storage design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD - other PV design software is a plus.
- Ability to produce planning applications with supporting layouts.
- Be proactive and have an ability to organise workload.
