Polar Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious global brand in the Technology sector for a Head of CX Innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of innovative customer experience solutions across both digital and e-Commerce channels
The Head of CX Innovation will help clients to enhance their customer experience and workforce by leveraging new technologies and building capability for both existing projects and new initiatives. This will also involve leading and building the team and capabilities, working closely with customer stakeholders to capture requirements, and advising on solutions and best practice.
Head of CX Innovation skills & experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment
- Extensive experience within both eCommerce and Customer Experience domains and projects.
- Experience of relevant CX and eCommerce IT systems, architecture, and integration.
- Proven Project Management skills.
- Advisory / Consultative experience - Management Consulting experience desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident presenter, and excellent documentation skills
- Adept at building strong relationships with peers and customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading / mentoring teams
- Experience supporting sales opportunities
- European / International experience desirable
