An established company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team**.** The Customer Service Administrator role involves scheduling workloads on behalf of the wider team and assisting with a range of administrative functions to support the smooth running of business operations.
- Salary: Up to £30,000 P/A

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and requests
- Logging work order requests and inputting details into the in-house database
- Planning the daily workload on behalf of the wider team
- Managing delivery updates and tracking requests through to completion, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Understanding, identifying, and applying the SLA for each service request
- Sorting and dispatching calls to the wider team and subcontractors
- Meet set targets and responding to customer demands
- Managing the fleet of business vehicles and regularly updating the fleet management system
- Escalating any complaints as required and supporting continuous improvement to reduce complaint levels
- Promoting customer feedback and surveys
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties
Customer Service Administrator required skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
