Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing the highest standards of support and organisation for the ELT members with the utmost regard for confidentiality, discretion and living the company values.
- Represent ELT.
- Work with the CFO to ensure the business calendar is administered and supported to time and purpose.
- Collate and prepare various reporting and corporate documents to a high professional standard and ensure they are issued in a timely manner.
- Provide a concierge service to ELT members regarding travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Take responsibility for organising internal company events, working with respective members of SLT.
- Attend meetings, taking minutes and maintaining actions and document storage on the ELT SharePoint.
- Actively supporting ELT members and the management of their diaries and emails to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Working with CFO/CDO, provide routine reporting and task management of sales MI to ELT and Divisions.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives for a range of topics including, events, ESG, people, marketing and communications.
- Ownership of ad hoc projects as required by ELT.
