Executive Summary:
Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Join our client, a local homeless pathways charity, as a Service Manager on a contract – perm basis, and be part of our mission to end homelessness by leading a dedicated supported accommodation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the quality and best practices of our supported accommodation services
- Manage a team of 5 project workers
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic and business plans
- Play a critical role in the development of service delivery, activities and ensuring good outcomes for residents

They are a Swindon based charity with over 50 years of experience, is committed to providing accommodation, support and advocacy for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in supported housing management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and improve services
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service provision
- Knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare and social services sector
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications in housing management or related fields
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams in a healthcare or social services setting
