Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department.
- Monitor ongoing team performance and efficiency to ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain records of company transactions and interactions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Provide support and direction to the accounts payable team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct and timely billing processes.
- Manage monthly financial close for the accounts payable department.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage accounts payable audit processes.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:
- Previous experience in a Senior/Supervisor Accounts Payable role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
