We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, excels in communicating with people at all levels, and is a dedicated team player willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Scheduling engineers for client installations and ensuring all appointments are managed efficiently.
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism, addressing client queries promptly and effectively.
  • Supporting daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with hotel bookings and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Monitoring equipment orders and deliveries to guarantee timely execution of projects.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including invoices and worksheets, to uphold company standards and client satisfaction.
  • Being on-call one in every four weekends, holding the company phone and answering basic queries (Friday 5-9 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9-9 pm).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively within a team.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured manner.
  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the service or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is required.
